Position: Director of Dining ServicesKevin is the Director of Dining Services at Chateau Madeleine. He is originally from London, England and moved the United States when he was 24 years old, since then he has worked as an Executive Chef or Food & Beverage Director at large resorts and Casinos, in Las Vegas, Nevada and more recently Resorts and private country clubs, as well as having owned his own Bar and Grill on the Beach. He believes in delivering only the highest quality of Food and Beverage to his guests, this has resulted in Kevin training numerous chefs who are now working as Executive Chefs within our community. He believes in building a strong team of like minded Food and Beverage professionals to make Chateau Madeleine the premier place to live in Brevard County. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children as well as watching Football and American football, he also enjoys playing Golf when he has the time.
