What is included with the monthly rental fee?

Three meals, snacks, housekeeping once a week, all utilities including phone, TV, and internet service, scheduled transportation for medical appointments, trash removal every day, personalized laundry services, basic pill medication management up to three times a day, social activities, fun, shopping, and cultural outings, emergency pendant and more.

How much is the rent?

Rentals start at $5,490 a month and include all of the amenities listed in FAQ #1. Please call Sales at 321-701-8000 #801 for more details.

Do you accept Medicaid?

We are a private-pay facility and do not accept Medicaid.

Do I have to sign a 1-year agreement?

Residents have an agreement that renews automatically but at any given time a resident may provide a written 30-day notice to vacate the apartment.

Do you know of any financial assistance for veterans?

Chateau Madeleine is proud to offer a $500 discount on the Community Fee to new residents who are veterans. Veterans and spouses may also qualify for Veterans Aid & Attendance / Housebound Allowance Program. For more information about this program, please call Brevard County Veteran's Services at 321-633-2012.

Do you allow pets?

We welcome pets on the first floor and we also provide a doggie park for resident’s pets and visiting pets. Limited to 1 pet and 20 lbs. maximum weight. We also host visiting therapy dogs as part of our activities calendar.

What type of license do you have?

We have a Limited Nursing Service license, and we offer 24/7 nursing care. Our Assisted Living License # is AL13351.

How many apartments does Chateau Madeleine have and what type?

We consider our community a boutique senior-living resort with 87 apartments. There are 65 Independent Supported / Assisted Living apartments and 22 Memory Care apartments. We offer studios as well as 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with living rooms.

Do I need to have cash to pay for any extra services like hair salon or guest meals?

No, everything offered inside the community can be charged to your monthly apartment bill. We also have an ATM in our lobby area for our residents convenience.

How many activities a day you offer?

We are constantly adding activities and special events to residents’ calendars. We offer an average of 6 to 8 activities a day. Visit our calendar page for more information.

I would like to do some of our laundry do you offer laundry facilities, and do I have to pay?

For your convenience, we offer a complimentary resident laundry facility on the 3rd floor. Dry-cleaning services are offered by local 3rd party providers and all payment would be with them directly.
