Hurricane Preparation

Security and safety for our residents stands as top priority at Chateau Madeleine, and our construction decisions are a reinforcement of that commitment.

We established guidelines based on recommendations from local and Florida government and the health department. Our community has a customized hurricane preparedness plan to “shelter in place” as our building is constructed to withstand high winds and we are not in a flood zone.

We may, however, decide to evacuate for a category 5 hurricane if we receive an order of a mandatory evacuation from the local authorities
