Eric Hardoon

Executive Director

Born on Long Island, and moved to Orlando FL at 16 with his family, Eric Hardoon witnessed first hand the transition of small town Orlando to become one of the premier vacation destinations in the world. Eric graduated from the University of Central Florida School of Business with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Hospitality Management in 2000.  He worked in many resort styled hotel environments including the Marriott World Center in Orlando as well as the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort hotel.  During this time he worked in all departments of the industry including becoming head front office manager of a 5 star resort in Orlando.

In 2002 at the start of a construction boom he decided to acquire a Certified Residential Contracting License and began to build high end custom homes in Orlando to keep up with the growth of the transitioning area.

Over the next 10 years while he was building, he partnered with many other companies including software development as well as a company that managed a medical facility. In 2014 Eric wanted to make more of a difference in the community and create projects on a much larger scale.  Eric founded and created ME Site Development, LLC which focused more on Residential and Commercial Site Developments. Eric joined up with his family in Melbourne, FL and created the concept, design, and did the sitework for Brevard Medical City. Chateau Madeleine Senior Living is just another phase of the massive Brevard Medical City concept which is becoming a reality.

Through his commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, Eric Hardoon has continued to exceed industry standards by forming professional partnerships based on integrity and reliability.  In 2019 Eric decided to continue his adventure by taking all of his deep rooted development experience and blend it with his extensive resort style hotel experience to create a superb Senior Living experience.  “Why not take the Senior Living Facility experience to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL?  Put Senior Living Residents in a Resort styled hotel, mix it with excellent healthcare, and pamper the residents with immaculate hospitality, good food, and entertainment like no other community offers in Brevard County?”  That is when he decided to continue the dynasty at Brevard Medical City and become the new Executive Director of the Community Chateau Madeleine Senior Living.  These characteristics, along with a deep rooted ties to the Space Coast have enabled Eric Hardoon to become one of the most recognized and respected names in the Space Coast Community.

Tamir Galili

Executive Assistant

Tamir is originally from Tel-Aviv, Israel.  At age 13, he moved to the United States with his family and spent his teenage years in Orlando, Florida.  After graduating high school, Tamir went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Tampa.  Prior to Tamir joining the Chateau Madeleine team, he was as a medical assistant at Suntree Internal Medicine.

Working in different chemistry and biochemistry research labs over the past few years, Tamir has learned how to work well with others and how important it is to have a good team in order to get a successful result.

Now, working alongside the executive director, Tamir is making Chateau Madeleine the most comfortable, and exciting place to live in Brevard County.

Kelly Ann Shovlin

Director of Nursing

Kelly Ann Shovlin is the Director of Nursing for Chateau Madeleine. She earned her Nursing and Bachelor’s in Science at University of Central Florida. She was also a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society where she was awarded a scholarship to study Nursing abroad in Australia. Kelly has 4 years’ experience as a Nursing Director in senior living in Brevard County. Before her senior living career she worked five years for the State of Florida Department of Health promoting and improving public health throughout the county. Preceding  that Kelly worked in trauma as well as plastic and reconstructive surgery. She also has received her Anesthesia Assistant license where she is highly trained in emergency management care. When she isn’t working at the community she enjoys reading and studying anything science based. Kelly has three children and is happily married.

Angela Wright

Director of Memory Care

Angela has been working with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and mental health patients for over 2 decades in multiple settings. She started her career in New York supervising and managing in skilled nursing home facilities for many years. Angela moved to Florida in 2014 where she continued to independently research and work with dementia, developmental, and mental health patients thriving to reach their ultimate potential outcome and goals. Being that memory care patients require attention to there over all health, nutrition, and well being, Angela also has worked closely in numerous specialty areas such as cardiac, geriatric, bariatric, corrections, ob/gyn, family practice, general surgery and urgent care. When she’s not caring for her patients you can find Angela enjoying time with her 3 children and loving husband.

Nikka Cohan


Nikka is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult health. She has experience in primary care, general surgery, vascular surgery, dermatology and wound care. Nikka has been a resident of Brevard county since 2009, registered nurse since 2006 and advanced registered nurse practitioner since 2012. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and University of North Florida. She spends her down time with her awesome 6 year old daughter, traveling and going to the beach.

Yvette Jenkin

Director of Sales & Marketing

Yvette Jenkin is Director of Sales and Marketing at Chateau Madeleine. She has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the tourism and senior living industries in Central Florida. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Yvette moved from her native Puerto Rico to Florida and began working in sales and marketing positions in the Orlando tourism industry. Yvette also worked as a sales and marketing manager for Delaware North at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex for 8 years.

After transitioning to the senior living industry, Yvette has worked for several of the top assisted living and memory care properties in the area before bringing her passion and experience to Chateau Madeleine. The most rewarding part of Yvette’s work is helping seniors and their families find a community where they feel safe and enjoy a fun, new way of senior living.

Yvette, her husband Randal, and daughter Vanessa live in West Viera and enjoy playing golf, gardening, riding bikes, watching movies, and driving Vanessa around for acting auditions.

Yvette is looking forward to introduce Chateau Madeleine to seniors and family members. Call her for appointment to tour our beautiful new community. She will greet you with a big smile.

Elad Galili

Director of Activities & Events

Elad Galili is our Director of Recreation and Events. He was Born in Israel and raised in Orlando FL. He graduated from The University of Tampa earning a bachelor’s degree in Health Science. While attending The University of Tampa, Elad volunteered at Chabad of Tampa where he would assist students in their Hebrew grammar and help them reach their reading goals. He was also a volunteer at Suntree Internal Medicine where he would help patients, friends and family.

Elad has worked at The Greater JCC of Orlando for over 5 years as a day care counselor and activity planner, engaging in different day to day activities with school aged kids. In 2019 Elad looked for an even more fulfilling career, where he could pursue his skills and share his warm-hearted personality, he then found Chateau Madeleine a unique place that is dedicated and supportive. “I am extremely grateful and fortunate to be working alongside an amazing team that is ambitious and kind”. He is Looking forward to keeping our residents engaged in an active and healthy lifestyle. Are you ready to have fun?

Evelyn Breault

Lead Concierge

Evelyn Breault is the Lead Concierge at the charming Chateau Madeleine. She is from a small New England town in Massachusetts and has lived in Florida for over twenty five years. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Central Florida. She wears her heart on her sleeve and is passionate about making a difference in other people’s lives. She is thrilled to be a part of our wonderfully amazing community and absolutely adores our vibrant tree of life! During her leisurely time, she enjoys family, art, photography, and acting in movies and television. Evelyn would like to continue creating a life-journey filled with heartfelt ventures and extraordinary impressions. Welcome to our enchanting Chateau!

Kevin Boulton

Director of Dining Services

Kevin is the Director of Dining Services at Chateau Madeleine, originally from just outside of London, England and moved the united state when he was 24 years old, since then he has worked as an Executive Chef or Food & Beverage Director at  large resorts and Casinos, in Las Vegas, Nevada and more recently Resorts and private country clubs, as well as having owned his own Bar and Grill on the Beach. He believes in delivering only the highest quality of Food and Beverage to his guests this has resulted in Kevin training numerous chefs who are know working as Executive Chefs within our community. He believes in building a strong team of like minded Food and Beverage professionals to make Chateau Madeleine the premier place to live in Brevard County. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children as well as watching Football and American football, he also enjoys playing Golf when he has the time.

Twila Boulton

Dining Room Manager

Twila was born in Yuma, Arizona, she has spent most of her life on and off in Brevard county, and has also lived in Virginia, Nevada and California which is where she met her husband of over twenty years and father to their four children. Twila has worked in all areas of the front of the house from cocktail waitress to manager of both bars and restaurants, mostly in resort settings. Her and her husband have also owned and operated their own bar and restaurants. Having such a diverse and extensive knowledge of food and beverage as well as guest service means she is a true team player, very dedicated and genuinely cares about all aspects of our guest and residents happiness and overall experience. Twila will work hard to tailor individual dining experiences and resolve any problems or issues that arise. Her goal to is to always exceed expectations and deliver excellence.
